R K Sarda Vidya Ashram School celebrated the 71st Republic Day and Annual Sports Day with a lot of avidity and zest. The programme was solemnized with the arrival of chief guest, Mrs. Kavita Dixit (a renowned badminton player and a Bronze medallist in Sr.World Badminton Championship) who hoisted the flag along with the Principal Mr. Amar Kant Mishra. It was presided by the National anthem , speech by The Principal and cultural events like the song by the school choir , Colourful and musical drills by the students of grades 1 to 7.The tiny tots weren’t behind and shaked their legs on “Hum India Waley”. A Poignant and rousing Nukkad-Natak was enacted by students of grade 6 and 7 crafted around the Gender bias and women empowerment prevalent in our society.
